I FEEL BAD FOR THE WORKERS BECAUSE THE OWNER JUST DOESNT CARE!!!!! He has the wrong hours advertise. First time I go to drop off clothes for it to Dry cleaned I paid to get it the next day. I arrived there the next day at 7:40 because it says they close at 9 In mind you nobody told me they close at 7. I went in there to speak with the employee to let him know that they need to change the hours online. He told me that they complained with the boss all the time, but the boss just doesn’t care.. I asked to speak to the boss he called the boss for me The boss had the nerve to tell the employee mind you the boss was on speaker “ Take the money, And if they don’t wanna come back, I don’t care” I told him how much of an inconvenience that he doesn't care to change the hours. It is to have an advertise for 9 PM if they close at seven, he kept saying he doesn’t care.. The employees told me that so many people get mad at them because of it, but I understand it’s not their fault. They’re just following what the boss rules are…. Highly recommend you to take your business elsewhere I would suggest Fluff n Fold. Prices are better! better customer service And They actually work the hours they a

I love this laundromat! It's clean, and the machines are always in good shape. Plus, the staff is really helpful, making chores way less of a hassle. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a reliable place to do laundry!

Just a heads up about Prowash in Framingham. In my experience, this place is very misleading. Most of the good dryers are marked “out of service,” while customers are left to use dryers that don’t dry properly, forcing you to keep adding money. It feels like the machines are intentionally left this way so people spend more. I’ve wasted time and money here more than once. This business should be investigated because customers are not getting fair service. Please be careful and consider going somewhere else.

Expensive and the worker was not very helpful or pleasant to speak with we just moved back to the area and have to go back to washing clothes at the Laundromat so I wanted to ask her the cost and she barley understands English. They were crowded and my first impression was that it was not very clean and a lot of machines were not working. Others had finished washing or drying and clothes were just left in them taking up time that someone else could have been using the machine instead of waiting for them to come back and remove their clothing. Don't recommend going here unless you feel like waiting around .

Terrible laundry mat, I came in with a washable rug about 5x5 I have washed it in my home washer but It was a little cramped so a triple size washer should easily do the job! i came in and the attendant runs right up to me and says we don’t do rugs! I was like lady it’s washable! and she said well our washers are not very good so if it breaks you are on your own, my first impression walking up the front windows are FILTHY dirty don’t look like they have been washed in years! and the inside was not much better run down and filthy I left and went to beaver street laundry much much better much cleaner and the washer did a great job washing my rug the dryer was super hot on beaver street! DONT BOTHER This laundry is filthy And according to other reviews i’m glad I left! THIS FILTHY LAUNDRYMAT!
